Colour and Creativity (short break) | Trudi Day | click for more info Fun, Colour, Inspiration, Laughter and Relaxation Join Trudi for a wonderful colourful experience. An unusual opportunity to experience creative painting and colour therapy during this holiday. Learn about the psychology of colour, colour breathing and create your own Mandala. Painting will be using your favourite medium – watercolour, acrylics, pastel or collage. We will be inspired by Olhao’s colourful streets and fishing port and pack a lot into this 4 night break. Ideal for beginners and improvers. My style of teaching is to encourage my students’ own style to emerge; I like people to have a go and enjoy the experience rather than be too concerned with creating a masterpiece every time. There is no pressure and I’m more than happy for people to do their own thing.
